Translation of the Bulgarian version; in case of discrepancy the Bulgarian version prevails. (Превод на българския текст; при разминаване предимство има българската версия.)
Version 1, in force from 1 October 2026.
Translation and the Bulgarian text. These General Terms are originally written in Bulgarian (Bulgarian text). This English text is a translation. If there is any difference or inconsistency between the English text and the Bulgarian text, the Bulgarian text prevails. The contract is governed by Bulgarian law (section 14).
1. General provisions
1.1. These General Terms govern the use of the portal at lxvnt.bg (the “portal”; the previous address, mywedding.luxevent.bg, redirects to it), including personal invitations, event websites, shared albums and shared links.
1.2. The provider of the portal is Luxevent Studio LTD (Луксевент Студио ЕООД), UIC (ЕИК) 205889153, VAT No BG205889153, registered office and address of management: 1 Radi Ivanov St, Ruse, Bulgaria, manager Ayredin Ayriev, telephone +359 883 493 842, email info@luxevent.bg (“Luxevent”). The company is entered in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities kept by the Registry Agency. Luxevent and LXVNT are trademarks of the same company.
1.3. Supervisory authorities: the Consumer Protection Commission (Комисия за защита на потребителите, КЗП) (https://kzp.bg) and the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, КЗЛД / CPDP) (https://cpdp.bg).
1.4. By using the portal, and by creating an account, you accept these terms.
1.5. Services for the event (decoration, photo and video, photo booths and others) are provided under the proposal you accept and the general terms attached to it. In the event of a conflict regarding the services themselves, the proposal prevails.
1.6. The paid subscription to the digital planner (the plans, the trial period and gift vouchers) is also governed by the General Terms of the Subscription. In the event of a conflict on those matters, they prevail.
2. Definitions
- Client: the person for whom Luxevent has created an account, who has submitted an enquiry (including through the LXVNT website) or who has signed up in the portal on their own.
- Partner: a person invited by the client or by the team to use the planner of the event.
- Guest: a person invited to the event by the client through the portal.
- Team: the employees of Luxevent with access to the portal.
- Content: everything you enter or upload: texts, photos, files, guest lists.
3. Account and access
3.1. A client account is created by the Luxevent team, is created when an enquiry arrives from the LXVNT website, or the client signs up on their own (with a trial period under the General Terms of the Subscription). Partners join by invitation.
3.2. You keep your password secret and do not give your account to other persons. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify Luxevent.
3.3. Luxevent may temporarily restrict access to an account where abuse, a breach of these terms or a security risk is suspected, and will notify you of this.
4. What the portal offers
4.1. Viewing and accepting proposals, enquiries, the day schedule, tasks, budget, guest list and online invitations with confirmation of attendance (RSVP), seating plan, calendar, inspiration, questionnaires, messages and documents with the team, the event website, the shared album, wishes and gifts. There is also an AI assistant, if it is switched on.
4.2. The features may change and develop. Luxevent endeavours not to materially reduce the features of an event that has already begun. For paid plans, the rules on changes are in the General Terms of the Subscription.
5. Your obligations and the rules on content
5.1. You enter accurate data and keep it up to date.
5.2. Guest data. When you enter or import data of other people (guests, partners, suppliers), you confirm that you obtained it lawfully and that these people can reasonably expect to be invited or contacted in connection with the event. Each guest receives, in the invitation, information on how Luxevent processes their data.
5.3. Do not enter health information about guests (allergies, illnesses and the like) in the notes and other free-text fields. The portal does not collect such information. Guests who have an allergy or another dietary requirement contact you directly. Do not give menus medical or religious names.
5.4. Messages to guests (invitations, reminders, bulk messages) are used only for the event. It is prohibited to use the portal for advertising, commercial messages or messages unrelated to the event.
5.5. You upload only content that you have the rights to. It must not infringe the rights of other persons (copyright, image rights, personal data) and must not be unlawful, offensive or indecent. You upload photos of children only with their parents’ consent.
5.6. When you share a link (invitation, website, album, “The Day”, partner invitation), you decide who receives it. If a link reaches an unsuitable person, you can change or stop it from the planner, or ask the team to do so.
6. Public content: website, album and wishes
6.1. The event website, the shared album and the wishes are accessible to anyone with the link. You can set a password on the website. By default the website is hidden from search engines.
6.2. You approve, hide and delete the photos and wishes. Luxevent may remove content that breaches clause 5.5, or at the request of a person shown in a photo.
6.3. Guests who upload photos or write wishes also comply with clause 5.5.
7. Proposals, acceptance and payments
7.1. A proposal published in the portal, together with the general terms attached to it, is an offer to enter into a contract.
7.2. A proposal is accepted with the “I accept the proposal” button, by entering your names and confirming that you have read the proposal and the general terms. The names, the date and time, and the IP address are recorded. This is an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act. Acceptance is valid only for the version you saw.
7.3. Payments, due dates and reminders on proposals in the portal are for information. Your obligations are those under the proposal you have accepted. Card payment through the portal is not currently offered.
8. Paid plans
8.1. The account, enquiries and proposals in the portal are free of charge.
8.2. The digital planner is used with a trial period or with a paid plan. The plans, the prices including VAT, payment, the term, renewal, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите, ЗЗП), and what happens to the data in case of non-payment are in the General Terms of the Subscription.
8.3. If the Luxevent team has switched on the planner for your event as part of an accepted proposal or as a benefit for Luxevent clients (clause 14 of the General Terms of the Subscription), you do not pay a subscription for that period.
9. Intellectual property
9.1. The portal, the design, the templates of invitations and websites, the texts on traditions and the task library are the property of Luxevent or of its licensors.
9.2. The content you upload remains yours. You grant Luxevent a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, process and display it, only to the extent necessary for the operation of the portal (for example reducing photos in size, showing them in the invitation). Luxevent does not use your photos or the guests’ photos for advertising without separate written consent.
9.3. You may use the texts suggested by the AI assistant freely. Responsibility for checking them is yours.
10. Availability and liability
10.1. Luxevent makes reasonable efforts to keep the portal running continuously and the data protected, including by regular backups. Short interruptions for maintenance are possible.
10.2. Luxevent is not liable for:
- content entered by clients, partners or guests;
- the sending of messages through WhatsApp, Viber or your personal email;
- damage arising from your sharing links with unsuitable persons;
- force majeure.
10.3. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law.
11. Term, termination and data
11.1. The contract for the use of the portal is for an indefinite period. You can terminate it at any time by asking for your account to be deleted.
11.2. Data in the planner is kept for up to 12 months after the date of the event. A month before deletion we will notify you so that you can download the data and photos. Guest data (contacts, notes, menu) is deleted within 3 months after the event. The retention periods for proposals and payments are in the Privacy Policy, and those for an unpaid plan are in the General Terms of the Subscription.
11.3. You can download your data at any time from “My data” in the account menu, and the data of the event with “Download everything”, or ask for it at info@luxevent.bg.
12. Personal data
Luxevent processes personal data under the Privacy Policy, including its section on cookies.
13. Changes to the terms
Luxevent may change these terms. We notify you of material changes in the portal and by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can stop using the portal before they enter into force.
14. Applicable law and disputes
14.1. Bulgarian law applies.
14.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Protection Commission (КЗП) and its general conciliation committees (https://kzp.bg) for out-of-court settlement of the dispute. Luxevent agrees to take part in such a procedure.
